Tecno Mobile is ready to launch the Camon 17 series in the Indian market. The Chinese phone maker has listed a dedicated page on Amazon India, confirming its availability through an e-commerce site. According to the latest listing, the company could launch Camon 17 Pro and Camon 17 in the country. It is important to note that these phones were revealed in Nigeria a few months ago. The company could present the Camon 17 series with two models –
Camon 17 Pro and Vanilla Camon 17. As of yet, the company has not announced any launch dates for future phones. However, the teaser page had marked the series as a Prime Day launch, suggesting it could launch before the Prime Day sale or on the same day. The world-spec Tecno Camon 17 comes in three colors – Frost Silver, Deep Sea and Tranquil Green. The Camon 17 Pro is available in two shades – California Dream Silver and Malibu Blue.

In terms of specs, the Tecno Camon 17 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch FHD + display with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. It is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. There will be a 64MP quad rear camera setup and the front camera will be a 48MP ultra-clear selfie shooter. The phone will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.

The vanilla Tecno Camon 17 has a slightly smaller 6.6-inch HD + display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood there will be a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB. storage. Unlike the Pro version, the Camon 17 will sport a triple rear camera setup with a 48 MP main camera, 2 MP bokeh lens, and an AI sensor. The front camera will be a 16MP selfie camera. It is likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

As for pricing, the Tecno Camon 17 is priced at 74,000 NGN (around 14,200 Rs), while the Camon 17 Pro costs 125,000 NGN (around 24,100 Rs). The company is expected to price these phones in the same range for the Indian market.
